WATT Mobility strives to ship orders within two days (if in stock) and delivery time depends on your location. The same applies to accessories. You will then receive a track & trace notification via email, with which you can track the delivery to your store. All shipments are insured during the period of transport.
The bicycle arrives in a cardboard box. Upon receipt, the bicycles are almost finished. You only need to straighten the steering wheel, mount the pedals and make it fully roadworthy. Examine the order immediately after delivery for any damage. You can report any damage to us via [email protected].
For our bicycles we use fixed shipping costs per country based on the number of bicycles. Accessories and parts are shipped based on weight. The prices for shipping are calculated immediately during your order.
If you decide to return a product, you must return the product with all delivered accessories, in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in undamaged and original packaging, within 30 days from the invoice date, to WATT Mobility. Reimbursement takes place after the goods have been returned and assessed by WATT Mobility. If you return a product with damage, the amount to be reimbursed will be settled in proportion to the damage caused. The shipping costs and the risk of shipping from your address to our location cannot be recovered from WATT Mobility.
If you wish to exchange items, we advise you to return the items and then place a new order on our website. This way you can immediately see whether the desired item is still available. If you place a new order, keep in mind that you will receive a new invoice and order confirmation for this order.
